Often times, when on the computer, I will pull up 3 main things: Skype, Minecraft, and Facebook. But just recently I've stopped and asked myself: "Why Minecraft?" So now I find myself writing this blog, and telling people what I think about Minecraft, and tell you all about my adventures.
First, I found Minecraft through my sister, who inspired me to write this blog. Her friend had bought it for her, and she suggested that I ask my mother for the same game. A few nights later, there I was... on the computer, pop in hand, at 2am. I had no idea that a video game could be so addictive! It was insane! For the next 4 nights of the summer, I stayed up late at night and woke up late in the afternoon, and I still find myself doing it today!
Next, I discovered multi-player mode. I would begin to develop relationships with people through the game, and making new friends that opened new opportunities. These friends became so much in my life, that I missed them when they weren't around, or on Skype or Minecraft. I still talk to many of them regularly.
Finally, these friends introduced me to new types of gaming. I began to play RPG typed games, such as World of Warcraft and League of Legends, and it has truly developed my gaming career/experience.
All in all, I am here to take you on your journey through the world of Minecraft. I will be posting guides, inspirational quotes and even experiment with different types of cooking and baking that will relate and/or look like something from Minecraft. See you soon! (:
